Terms & Conditions

Shal’Artem Moment Maker — last updated September 2026

1. Eligibility & participation

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be a resident of Nigeria — this Campaign is open to Nigeria only.
  • Employees of Shalina Healthcare, its agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
  • One active Moment entry counts per person per competition week. Duplicate or multiple entries may be removed at the Organiser’s discretion.

2. How to enter & submission guidelines

  • Create a Moment: a short one-line story plus a photo or a video (videos up to 15 seconds), using the site’s built-in tools — no design skills or external apps needed.
  • Follow @Shalartem_Nigeria on Instagram.
  • Post your finished Moment on your own social media page and tag us (@Shalartem_Nigeria on Instagram, or the equivalent Shal’Artem account on Facebook or TikTok). Posting and tagging is required to complete your entry — it is how the Organiser identifies and confirms entries. Your post must be public, or set so the Organiser can see it, and must remain up for the duration of the Campaign.
  • Joining the official Shal’Artem WhatsApp Community is optional. It is not required to enter, to vote or to win; it is simply where winners are announced first.
  • Your Moment must not contain: offensive, abusive, discriminatory, violent or sexually explicit content; medical or product claims of any kind (including treatment, cure, dosage or outcomes) or references to adverse events — Shal’Artem is a regulated healthcare brand and such content will not be published; competitor brands or third-party trademarks; people who have not consented to appear (children may only appear with a parent or guardian’s consent); or content you do not own or do not have the right to share.
  • All entries are moderated before publication. The Organiser may reject, edit the visibility of, or remove any entry at any time and at its sole discretion, including entries that breach these terms, are flagged by users, or raise regulatory concerns. Moderation decisions are final.
  • You may submit more than one Moment, but only your latest entry is active for voting each week.

3. Voting, prizes & winner selection

  • Voting is open to the public, limited to a fixed number of votes per person per day (shown on the site).
  • Vote farming, automated voting, incentivised voting schemes, or any other attempt to manipulate the count is prohibited. The Organiser may discount suspicious votes or disqualify entries involved in vote manipulation.
  • The Campaign runs in weekly rounds, and each week’s Hall of Fame resets. From Week 3 onward, votes rank the Moments but do not on their own decide the winners: the Organiser reviews the top-voted Moments before confirming each week’s winners, checking that each one follows these terms and genuinely shares a moment — a real occasion, achievement or memorable experience, not just a random photo. A Moment that falls short may be passed over for the next top-voted Moment that meets this standard. The Organiser’s decision is final.
  • The overall Campaign leaderboard (aggregating votes across every week) determines the grand-prize winners, announced at the end of the Campaign.
  • Prospective winners may be contacted for identity and eligibility verification. Failure to respond within a reasonable time may result in disqualification.
  • Prizes, prize values and exact competition dates are announced separately on official Campaign channels. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered unless stated.

4. Rights, content licence & data protection

  • You keep ownership of your content. By entering, you grant the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display your Moment (including your display name and moment text) in the Hall of Fame, on the Campaign website, and on official Campaign channels (including social media and WhatsApp) for the duration of the Campaign and for reasonable post-campaign reporting. You can request removal at any time using the contact below.
  • Uploaded photos and videos are retained for up to 90 days after upload, after which they are deleted, except for winning or featured entries which may be retained for the duration of the Campaign and post-campaign reporting.
  • By participating, you consent to the Organiser collecting and processing your data as described in the Privacy Notice.

5. General terms

  • To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not liable for entries that are lost, delayed or not received due to technical failures, or for any inability to access the Campaign website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
  • The Organiser may amend these terms, or suspend or end the Campaign, where necessary for legal or operational reasons.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
  • Questions about the Campaign or these terms: contact the Shal’Artem Nigeria campaign team via the official Shalina Healthcare channels listed at shalina.com.
